How it works: You reserve a Grass King Cattle grass-finished beef eighth share today with a $186 deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($470.25). Once that is settled, we'll be in touch to arrange delivery.
An eighth beef includes: Approximately 56.25lbs. of our premium pasture-raised and grass-finished beef. An eighth beef share includes a selection of cuts, based on availability:
- 28.12 lbs. of Ground Beef in 1 lb. packs
- 13 lbs. of Prime Steaks (Ribeye, New York Strip, Flank Steaks, Filet)
- 15 lbs. of Roasts, Ribs, & Brisket
Pricing: Place your eighth beef deposit today for $186. Pay the rest ($470.25) when your beef is ready. Total amount: $656.25.
Freezer Space: This eighth beef share will require approx. 2-3 cubic ft. of freezer space.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed, USDA-processed, and labeled.
Delivery: Once the final amount is settled, we'll be in touch to arrange delivery.
